Apartment Review for Waterside Towers Apartments - Washington, DC

Please do not waste your time with this place. While it seems like a good deal--rent isn't too high, it appears clean, etc.--this is the worst place I have ever lived. The office staff is the biggest bunch of lazy, incompetent people you'll ever encounter. Their accounting is completely messed up, they are totally rude and unprofessional, and they have no interest in your concerns whatsoever. And they have selective amnesia--I was totally ripped off by them because I was told something incorrect by an incompetent employee that wound up costing me a lot of money--well over $500! These people are the worst!! Living in SW sucks, too. There's nothing there except a couple of crappy clubs and a Safeway at which you are guaranteed to always spend at least half an hour waiting in line. Don't let yourself be fooled!
