Apartment Review for The Washington House - Washington, DC

I've lived at Washington House for 4 years now and am currently looking to get out because the building is infested with mice and roaches. I wake up daily to mouse droppings on my kitchen countertop. My neighbors have had mice in their pantries and kitchen cabinetry where plates are stored. It is across from Malcom X Park where several murders have occurred and cars along the building have been robbed.
