The 10 reasons why you should live in this apt bldg: 10. Harassing security guards 9. Several burgalaries in the bldg 8. Bad cleaning services 7. Ridiculous rent prices 6. Bug infested area 5. Laundry Facility is always broken or closed off 4. Neighborhood not so great - gang violence 3. Construction outside of the bldg early in the morning (6am early) 2. Zero Amenities 1. Sneaky management people always trying to find a way to get more money from you  Need to rent an apartment?
