Apartment Review for The Cromwell - Washington, DC

There are crack heads everywhere. Roaches, rats, and mices all over!!! I am not lying when I say this. Roaches are even on the elevator. The only this Wanda in the front office is willing to do is serve eviction notices. Maintenance come and go through you apt without notice. If you want a cheap place to live the Crackwell is the place to be. It is extremely noisy and dirty... I mean dirty. New target or not it is disgusting. It should be condemned, but then where would all the roaches, rats, mice, and crackheads go? Hmmmmmm Run don't walk in the other direction. I moved out in 2004 and I am still mad!!!!
