Apartment Review for The Abby - Washington, DC

When I first moved in everything was great... the landlord lived in the building and was very helpful and attentive. Since I move in three years ago, two such landlords have left and a debauchery of a management company has taken over. I'm convinced they're either never in their office or are simply ignoring people's calls. If you need something, start calling 5 days in advance in order to get in touch with them. Oh, and if you leave a voice mail, don't expect a call back. This management company is the only reason I'm leaving. They are rude, inefficient, and incompetent... I would definitely not recommend this building to anyone, simply because of the management company that has ruined the building's reputation.
