Apartment Review for The Abby - Washington, DC

The apartment building itself is old and therefore seems appealing at first glance, but because it is old there are never-ending problems with maintenance. This would be fine if it weren't for the fact that the resident manager is very rude to the tenants and makes any maintenance request very unpleasant. Overall the main reason why we decided to leave was the management, not the apartment.
