I've been in The Abby for nearly one year. The building is 1920s construction with beautiful marble lobby and very decent sized units (I even have a servant's entrance to my kitchen). The resident manager has always been very quick to respond to any problems in my unit. There are very few vacancies, but I would highly recommend this building.  Need to rent an apartment?
