Apartment Review for Terrace Manor Apartments - Washington, DC

If you're a big "The Wire" fan like I am, you'll love this place! Drug addicts outside and inside your building. The security locks at least once a week, because it stays broken the rest of the week. The laundry room serves as a crack house, and the addicts leave plenty of souvenirs for you to take with you if you are interested. I have to go out to do the laundry. The pungent smell of urine greets you at door after a long day at work. I'm thinking of quitting my job and live downstairs "rent free" like they do. I am ready to leave. Be afraid..................be very afraid. On the plus side, the resident manager was very nice but I think she needs to visit the property more and inspect the premises. The neighbors are quiet and stay to themselves probably out of fear. I love "The Wire" but I don't want to live there.
