Apartment Review for Smith Fred A Company - Washington, DC

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone I care about,they are in the business of staeling money from their tenants,they were deniened money from RAD in black in white, however they still collected money from the tenants,this is still an ongoing case,,so please beware of them, the keep hacking the rent up, with mice, bugs and the most important thing that refuse to fix correctly is MOLD, that's way so many tenants are movining out,, as well as myself, i have been renting from them for along time,I hade to find out the hard why take things for face vaule, when you are late on your rent they are quick to haul you to caourt while you are suffering in there dirty unsafe building, this is the worset of landlord company they semi-fix things until they take you to court..buyers and renters beware of FRED A.SMITH
