the manager lazy,always not in his office when you need him.the the apts are very old kitchen too old and the rent hights.the carpets in the bilding dirty dirty i dont know whay they didn't change;it Rats are running in the elevetors, basement, apts, this is a huge problems, the elevator cover by an agly nap and move to slowly there is a lot a lot of negative point in this place.
