Apartment Review for Quebec House - Washington, DC

I have lived in Quebec House for the past four years, and I would recommend it to almost everyone. As a single woman living and working in the city, safety and security are important, and I always felt safe living here. The apartments are nice, if a little old (although they are renovating a lot of them). The staff is hit or miss - some are wonderful, especially the great concierge who plans parties and can help with little things around the building. There are a few bad apples, and I had a difficult time dealing with the unpleasant rental office staff when I moved in, but I didn't have to deal with them very often (some of the newer staff seems much nicer). Overall, this is apartment is a good value.
