Apartment Review for Park Triangle - Washington, DC

The front desk & maintenance people are very nice. Management is very nice to your face but then ignores your requests in the hopes that they'll go away. Off of our original requests for maintenance when we moved in, it has been two months and maintenance has still not been completed. When we moved in, we were assured that the walls were thick concrete. Almost daily we can hear sex & music through our walls. After inspecting the walls, maintenance found that there was not a noise they could make on one side that could not be heard on the other. Management concluded that the building was up to code, so there would be no need to do anything to fix the issue. They said they would not approach our neighbor as it is a policy to let tenants live comfortably in the lifestyle they chose (i.e. Our neighbor was quoted as saying its a great apartment in an apartment section of Washington Post so he can do whatever he wants now)
