Apartment Review for Park Triangle Apartments - Washington, DC

The Park Triangle experience couldn't have been worse had it been written by Stephen King. My apartment was flooded three times, the first time with over an inch of water throughout the apartment. The management was very unresponsive and I had to argue with them fix damaged property. The problem was defective tubing used in the bathroom that ruptured while I was out. Management staff was hardly ever available and there is repeat turn-over in the management office, don't expect to see the same face to often, which could be a good thing. Three months after I've moved out, I'm still getting bills because the management office hasn't submitted my move-out report to utility companies. If you want to pay high rent for poor living conditions, welcome home to Park Triangle!!!
