Apartment Review for Park Plaza - Washington, DC

The park plaza is wonderful if your yearly salary is slighly above the average. However, one would be in debt all the time if not....the studio living price is extremely high and climbing...don't get screwed over! They'll raise it every year too! If you are monetarily comfortable though, this place has a pool, gym, convenience store, cafe, pet food store, and computer shop...The apartment itself is not that bad....wood floors, large windows. Very nice.
