Apartment Review for Park East Apartments - Washington, DC

I've heard a lot of bad things about the management company (Borger), but I've been very happy in Park East. Nice, quiet location, nice neighbors, very well maintained property, nice people in the office (I negotiated down the price of my apartment with them), no hidden costs, no complaints! I am looking to move out when my lease is up, just because I want to be able to get more for my money out in the burbs, but if I was going to stay in DC, I'd stay here. Highly recommend - and I've been through my fair share of nightmarish apartments.
