Apartment Review for Onyx On First - Washington, DC

The Onyx seemed so nice when I came for a tour. I got a great price, no fees and parking spot. Well little did I know that the staff holds off to send you the Lease two days before your move-in date. This is a scam. Not only they raised the price, they accused me of not telling them the truth. I did not get a parking spot like promised, and still waiting for the office manager to respond to my emails. The apartment had paint all over the shades. Main. people never show up on time and just bluntly forget about the issues. Some concierge people are just useless sitting and watching tv in the lounge areas instead of answering the phone. The apartment is great, area is nice, but no parking, horrible staff and lack of any kind of management is not the price I wanted to pay.
