Apartment Review for Onyx On First - Washington, DC

These apartment kind of remind me of NYC. They are absolutely beautiful! The space is small but the Stained concrete floors and stainless steel appliance along with the exposed duct makes it unique and well worth it. But, The greatest thing about Onyx is the community with in the building. I never lived in a apartment complex were the residents were so friendly and sociable. My fellow neighbors are what makes me stay!!! From eating and drinking wine with them on the roof to watching movies as a group in the club room... It's great!! I love it here... It's a new building and the staff(most of them) are super nice. I love that they have a Woman as one of the Maintenance Techs. It makes me feel much more comfortable and safe(especially when I am home by myself)To have her in my apartment. I suggest you give Onyx a look!!! Onyx has a heartbeat and it's from the residents..
