Apartment Review for No Name - Washington, DC

The Barac Company has not maintenance on the grounds, the utility room floods each time it rains, you have to complain to DC Housing in order for Barac to take care of the property. They took one tenant's door that need to be replaced and only place a piece of plywood over the door. Had to complain to Housing to get a lacth on the building door. Apartments have very old furnaces. Building has never been remolded since it was built in the 1940s. Building has a lot of housing violations. Ceilings leak from rain.
