10 foot ceilings, beautiful courtyard, environmentally friendly. Almost as many bike parking spots as car spots. Has its own "freecycle" area. Friendly neighbors. Directly across the street from the Metro and 4 blocks to Old Town Takoma Park, MD.  Need to rent an apartment?
