I would refrain from living this building. They changed management twice and the new person is no better then first. I've lived in these apartments for 2yrs and every year I've experience the same issue, living w/o air. And each year they do patch work to try and fix the problem. Well the problem has occurred again. I wouldn't advise a fly to live in these apartments.  Need to rent an apartment?
