Apartment Review for Marbury Plaza - Washington, DC

This place has huge apartments, is affordable, and close to everything, with good metro access. However, the building is plagued with problems. From mice to roaches. Constant floods and leaks, broken elevaters, no hot water and heat (off and on) Grafitti, and some crime that is happening more and more. This is mostly due to the management company, Beacon Property management. The owners of that company refuse to make repairs. They band-aid everything. They are a subsidiary of The Lighstone Group, so they have the money. The Tenant Association here has initiated a rent strike and DCRA has come to do inspections numororus times. If you do come to see an apartment demand to look at the 2330 building. They dont always take folks back there because it is much worse than the front building.
