Apartment Review for Manor Village - Washington, DC

This community is apart of the Parklands cluster. It is mice and roach infested. My home has been used as target practice and my son was nearly shot playing in his own home. The only thing I can say about this particular property is that some of the rental office staff is on top of their jobs. The actual Prop Manager is rude, lazy, unprofessional and doesn't know how to do her job. I ma moving from this awful place as fast as I can before my son or I lose our lives. I tried to explain to the management that I needed to transfer and they told me I was denied. Once I called the management company my issue was resolved and I am able to move to another property. I am praying this is better.
