Apartment Review for Majestic Apartments - Washington, DC

I've been here two years in an apt that causes most visitors to say, "Wow! This is so nice!" The floors are glossy, the walls recently painted, lots of light, new paint, etc. Unfortunately, the appearance of the apartment is offset by the preponderance of roaches and mice. While building managment sends an exterminator in every time I complain, nothing seems to fix the problem. So: If you're creeped out by pests, don't rent here. Otherwise, the staff and the building are great.
