All the time I lived there, J.C. Formant was a fine landlord. Stan Bissey was my agent and was a fine contact. Naturally my rent went up at The Hawthorne on 10th Street, N.E., but the apartment was great all the time I was there. I had no complaints about the company.  Need to rent an apartment?
