Apartment Review for Jefferson At Thomas Circle - Washington, DC

This place is a beautiful building, but dealing with the managment is more than difficult. The management has changed since 2007, but the people are still rude, very misleading, etc. The building offers free rent to rope people into leasing, then yanks it away when you go to renew your lease, causing a substantial increase. Also, they let certain building amenities go down here. There is no building security and there have been a few theft incidents reported within the past year. Not a kid-friendly place.
