if you like having uninvited guests then this is the place for you! The area is in rowdy Adams Morgan amidst of the clubs and gangs of neighborhood thugs. Constant noise around the area, no parking and the building has been neglected by corrupt managment and now has been overpowered by mice, roaches and bedbugs. Never rent here especially if you have children. they'll never rest!  Need to rent an apartment?
