They didn't get LEED certification. Opened in Fall 2008, and the riff-raff are already tearing up the building. Company nickles-and-dimes tenants to death. They insist on lease clause that gives them right to raise rent upon 30 days notice!! No incentives for good tenants to stay. Frequent staff turnover. Should not cost this much to live out in the boonies. I will be moving when my lease is up.  Need to rent an apartment?
