Apartment Review for Fort Totten Station - Washington, DC

I unfortunately am a current resident and every single negative review is absolutely true. I would break my lease if I could afford too. Truly the biggest issue is the incompetent office staff. My roommate and I have NEVER been late on our rent, yet we have mistakenly received two notices saying we would be evicted if our rent was not received. Although brought to their attention via phone and email, it took days for them to retract the threat to which their response was rude and unapologetic. I could probably give 10 more examples why the office staff makes this an awful place to live. Please spend your $1800 a month somewhere else.
