just plain ghetto, noisy, dangerous, gym equipment broken all the time. They have a bunch of section 8 families living there which causes problems and just plain sketchy overall. Paid a premium to get out of my lease since it was so noisy and dangerous. Only good thing is proximity to Metro.  Need to rent an apartment?
