Apartment Review for Fort Totten Station - Washington, DC

Safety: Although it's not the best of neighborhoods, its no where near the worse, and the police patrol very frequently. I even had a bicycle cop walk me to my door one night when I had to go pick up a package. Parking: I don't have a car, but parking is free, and my friends never have a problem when they visit. The garage is right under my building, and that's super convenient for my roommate Appearance: the apartments are still brand spanking new, so they look great, always clean Office Staff: I love the office staff, they always are very attentive to my needs and concerns, just today when the printer in the business had technical difficulties they printed out my document on the office printer. Maintenance: absolutely love all the maintenance team, i've only had two very small issues, but each was fixed within a matter of two days Condition of Unit: mine was BRAND new, never been lived in Noise Level: My only slightly negative about the place, because it is directly next to the metro the people and the trains do get loud sometimes, but not enough to disturb regular everyday activities Overall Rating: I love it, it's what you would expect from a new complex, tons of amenities, friendly staff, all you could ask for
