Apartment Review for Fort Totten Station - Washington, DC

I rate this place terrible, the office manager did not do a good job on making sure that I was accommodated. I pay for a 2 bedroom/bathroom and for a whole year I could not use the roll in shower because of standing water. It was determined that it was improperly installed. After a year, they finally fixed it and left my apartment dusty and a mess. Being disabled I ask for an adjustment in my rent and then the office manager was fired and never noted the files. I even ask for the main number to voice my concerns and was told that they could give out the number because they needed to inform the management company first. On good faith I renewed my lease after management stated they would adjustment my rent and still nothing is done. New management does not have people skills to deal with the public. I feel that I was taken advantage of and would not recommend this place to anybody. What do you have to do to get ADA rules in shapes for the physically challenged. I will say that the maintenance staff are the only ones that are competent and courteous.
