Apartment Review for Fort Totten Station - Washington, DC

So I signed a lease right away... it's close to the metro and it's a new building, why not!? At first I loved it... it was nice and quiet and I was probably the 3rd or 4th person on my floor, the first tenant of my nice clean apartment... Well, that dream ended quick when all the mental patients moved in and all the ghetto people that don't know how to live like normal human beings moved in. A few weeks ago one of the cleaning ladies was beat up by one of the mental patients.. Every single day for the past few months the guy that lives above me plays his music so loud and when I complained to the front desk they did nothing to help my situation. I considered sleeping at a friend's place for a while, but now my lease is finally up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I moved I was completely new to DC and figured this was perfect... I was wrong.
