Apartment Review for Fort Totten Station - Washington, DC

This place is awful. I was one of the first people to live there, before the other two buildings were even complete. This meant that i had no access to the pool table, grills, etc. for over 3 months, and woke up to construction almost EVERY day. The maintenence staff is very sketchy, the old security guard. . . name started with a D, told me he had priors for armed robbery. well thats great. terrible building materials, my washer leaked into the woman downstairs' apartment for about 3 months and they couldnt fix it, and yes, they do enter your apartment without notification. Do yourself a favor and don't move here, it's all about appearances with this place; the living conditions still suck.
