Apartment Review for Fort Totten Station - Washington, DC

I have been a tenant in Fort Totten Station apartments for 4 months and if you are on here...all the comments and concerns are factual. My air conditioning unit was blowing heat and then they supposedly fixed it and now my heater will not shut off. I arrived at home last night to 96 degrees. I called emergency line and they told me open the windows and wait until the morning. I called the corporate office only to be told that INDUSTRY standard does not deem AC in the winter a necessity! They also insulted me but stating that maybe I need an instruction manual to operate it and asked if allergies where the reason why I couldn't open the windows! GARBAGE!
