the apartments are ok, not too many problems, but car crime is a major concern. my was broken into 3 times within a 2 week period. 2 days in a row, i had to keep my car at my mom's house, a neighbor had his new car stolen by criminals on a tow truck TWICE!!!!!. bottom line, decent if you have a piece of sh*t car.  Need to rent an apartment?
