Apartment Review for Daro Realty - Washington, DC

Lived at The Ricardo for 4.5 years. Apts are literally falling apart. Management rude. Bed bugs!!!! Mice! Cockroaches - HUGE!!!!!! Had to fight to have HOLES in the floors covered. They have been painting the walls over for so many years that the paint is beginning to fall off in patches, bringing down pieces of the wall with it. THE WORST. Tenants are nice, mostly. Most of them have been living there for over 20 years, know each other, and have nowhere to go. Wanted to stay because of the community, but finally broke down and left. Do NOT get tempted by low(er) rent! You WILL regret it.
