Apartment Review for Chatham Court - Washington, DC

I have lived in Chatham court for over a year now - first in a studio and now in a one-bed and I love it. The building manager is wonderful. He always responds to my requests - no matter how small - within a day and is very friendly. All of the maintenance people and front desk workers are equally friendly and helpful. Only a block away from 18th street, and half a block from a large grocery store, the location is terrifict. Close to two major bus lines and about 10 minute walk from red and green line metro stops. The apartments are large with big walk-in closets and tons of cabinet space, and have very nice decorative touches. I had a small mouse problem, but the manager sealed up all the holes and caught them for me within a few days. I would strongly reccomend this building to anyone.
