Outrageously priced with very few amenities other than location. I've lived here over a year and really never had too many problems with noise or crime. The building is relatively clean and free of pests, but the property manager is extremely rude and the rent increases are ridiculous considering nothing is ever done to improve the community.  Need to rent an apartment?
