The place is infested with rats, the place is as old as noah, there are holes in the wall, the bathroom is ancient and hazardous. Roaches are everywhere and the landlord just has way too much rules and seem to make them up as she goes along. Please save yourself. Never rent from this place unless it gets a mega make over and the landlord loosens up. Run!!! Save yourself.  Need to rent an apartment?
