Apartment Review for Capitol Plaza Apartments - Washington, DC

The apartment is within 5 mins walking distance from the Georgetown University Law Center and the lease runs month-to-month, utilities included. The heater works quite well in the winter, in fact, since it is centrally managed it can get too hot for comfort at times. The neighbours are polite. The apartment itself is well-kept and liveable, with sufficient closest space. There are two drawbacks that one has to adjust to - 1. the kitchenette is right by the entry door-way and very small 2. it can be very noisy, especially in the mornings, since there are two hotels next door which are visited by noisy utility trucks and vans. Overall, I like it here.
