Apartment Review for Capitol East Apartments - Washington, DC

Moving into this place was a horrible experience. Stuff falls apart and it never gets fixed. Our elevator has now been broken for two months. There are roaches. Gross. They sprayed lately and it seems to be a little better but I still have nightmares about the creepy crawly little bastards.

The nice thing about this apartment is that it is huge. And I don't have to share a bathroom. And it's way cheap. However, there is now a homeless man living in our basement. And you will never meet more incompetent (and racist) building managers ever ever ever.
