Apartment Review for Bristol House Apartments - Washington, DC

This place is a nightmare.I've lived in DC for 8 years and I've never experienced a leasing management as bad as Borger Management.It is such a waste because the bldg. is in a perfect location in Dupont Circle. Only 2 out of the 7 or 8 front desk receptionists are very nice. The rest are either rude, mostly in a bad mood or asleep with their feet up on the desk.Disgusting! And we're paying so much on rent. Borger Management is what makes living in this place a nightmare. They never ever return your call.They never ever respond to your e-mail.Someone takes your message at the head office but no one ever gets back to you.The washer/dryer down in the basement eats our quarters a lot because the coin box is probably not emptied out on a regular basis.I found a mice in my studio apartment and they only came to cover the hole temporarily. I'm looking into getting out of this building as soon as I find another apartment in Dupont Circle. Also, they always have issues with the AC and heat. It takes them forever to turn the AC on when it has already been about 80 degrees outside and it also takes them forever to switch to the heater when it is already about 20 degrees outside and for some unknown reason, they always have an excuse every year.
