Apartment Review for Barac Company - Washington, DC

I used to live in the big yelow building on Texas Ave & 28th street SE, and the building was overrun with huge cockroaches, mice evrywhere especially at night when everything is quiet. And there were 3 maintenance or supers of the building within the short time that i lived there. The keys to the main entrance never worked and the main office never wanted to listen to the complaints that i had about the building. I had a friend tell me to stop paying rent because this management/landlord is a SLUMLORD, and he is. I tried calling the landlord directly after the barac co. gave me a contact number, and he never answered his line nor return my calls. These people are sick and careless people who only want your money for unsatisfactory work, poor and desercrated buildings that are rodent and pest infested. My advice is to anyone thinking about moving into a barac co. apartment is to never move in any of these buildings no matter how cheap the rent is.
