Apartment Review for Barac Company - Washington, DC

The location is great and the price seemed worth the disadvantages (no window screens or insulation, no amenities). However, there are now bigger issues that relate to safety and health that make it seem like I'm living someplace that is actually causing harm to me. The guy who is on site fixing things is great but if anything big comes up that invovles the actual management company, you're out of luck. I've had some major issues come up in the apartment that have involved repeated repair and after repeated calls to mananagement over a month to ask some questions, NEVER heard back. Am finally just looking for a new place. It's really not worth the discount.
