Public Housing is better

I think that Barac is the worst ever, because history is over, they need to upgrade windows, to storm window so that people can heat the inside there homes during the winter. If you should ever be in Southeast stop by their building on 2926 Know Pl. SE it is a disgrace for anyone to live their but people do, when they advertise the building the show the building on Alabama Ave. side Which looks decent. The Maintenance that they have is very poor, maybe he needs to take some tips from William C. Smith because is property is well kept up by his people and they have good customer services skill wish that I can say the same for BARAC. When renting from BARAC you have to be desperate, and then they have the nerve to deny and application, you might as well be living in public housing. BARAC need to gutt out there apartment and renovated them, tenants should be able to live comfortable for what they are paying. Housing need to do some inspection on some of there property especially when children are living on there property.
