Apartment Review for Barac Company - Washington, DC

My apartment would be a nice apartment if they would just fix what's wrong. My bathroom sink has been dripping water for a year now. Every time I call they tell me someone will fix it the next day. How about the next year! I have to sweep outside of my apartment door because there is no one to do so. This is supposed to be a secured buildig but I can come home and just pull the door open to the building. Why do I even have a building key? They are quick to send eviction papers even when your rent is in. They are not getting extra money from me for writing up these papers. The rent is cheap but the maintainence is terrible!!!!!
