Apartment Review for Barac Company - Washington, DC

Under no circumstances shall anyone rent from these slum lords! From the appearence of the apartment, you think you are getting a really cheap rental rate on a nice property. That's the scam! Once you live there, within weeks you notice that the ceiling has started to crack and leak, pets are not allowed except for the mice living in your walls, and the water pressure in you kitchen is so low that you have to wash dishes in your bathroom. I have been constantly harassed by these people because I decided to challenge them for charging me $200 for fixing a leaking ceiling that finally collasped in my bathroom. I am constantlyserved with eviction papers from these bastards despite the fact that I pay my rent every month. Again, I repeat ,do not rent from these slimy, scummy, rotten, low down slumlords!!!
