Apartment Review for Barac Company - Washington, DC

I am a former tenant. They have zero respect for their tenants and retaliate against those who press for maintenance and building code compliance. DC Superior Court Civil Division records multiple lawsuits that have been filed against them by their tenants for various reasons, over many years. They have been identified at community crime meetings as property manager for several drug-infested properties. They are the worst landlord that I have ever rented from and personify the term "slumlord".
