I live in 1 of the Barac properties and I like my appartment, the neighbors are nice and it feel like we are all family.I have been reading the others and I was like I am glad I dont live there but our Property Manager set tents up on the side of the building for the children to play , he blocked the Parking lot and had a 4th of July Cookout, and on my birthday my neighbors even gave me a surprise Birthday Party,as far as the appartment , when anything goes wrong all you have to do is call and they come out.  Need to rent an apartment?
