Apartment Review for Barac Apartments - Washington, DC

My mother (senior citizen) rented an efficiency. Roach and mice infested. Drug dealers selling drugs in and around the building. Teens shooting craps in the halls. People urinating in the halls and fighting on every floor. Hallways smelled like raw sewage. Neighbors left their trash in hallways or dumped out of their windows, leaky ceiling fell in. Building Manager just as bad a the bums hanging out in the halls. Now Barac is claiming that she was evicted and won't give her the deposit back. She gave notice and paid the last months rent. What in the world is going on with Barac Company?
